Our son, Bradley, the backbone of Bracc Services. As an investor, our General Manager, knower of all things and supplier of Sneakers (Kicks on Kicks), Bradley handles all the day-to-day ins and outs, manual labor, packing of orders, stocktaking and so much more, with a strength and dedication that keeps us moving forward. To keep things running smoothly, please place your pre-orders by Monday 3pm for us to collect on Tuesdays, and by Wednesday 3pm for Thursday collections. This helps us keep our inventory fresh and ensures your pets get the best meals possible.

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday in round trips, which means we can't pin down an exact delivery time. But don't worry, we'll send out an ETA notification on the morning of your delivery day to help you plan your day better.
