Delivery Information

Messages are sent out on the morning of the delivery by our driver, Tshireletso.

If you are not available for delivery, we will wait for about 10 minutes. During this time, we will contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, and attempt to call all known numbers. After this, we will take a picture of your house to confirm our visit. You can then either reschedule for another delivery charge or collect from our address at any time.

Important Note:

We cannot accommodate specific delivery times as all deliveries are done in roundtrips. One change affects all customers on the route. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.

RAW FOOD DELIVERIES

Delivery Days:

  • Tuesday to Saturday (Gauteng)

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Any pre-order items ordered on a Monday before 3 PM will be collected on the following Tuesday and can be delivered from Wednesday onwards.

Any pre-order items ordered on a Wednesday before 3 PM will be collected on the following Thursday and can be delivered from Friday onwards.

Orders placed outside of these times will be arranged via WhatsApp if the correct delivery day is not selected. We cannot accommodate pre-orders for delivery on the next collection day.

Additional Information

We offer courier deliveries to areas surrounding Gauteng at an extra charge, which will be displayed on the checkout page.

Pickups at Doornpoort are available with prior arrangement only.
