Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock product not yet in inventory. Please check the lead times before you choose your delivery day. Full payment is needed for placing the order.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order or fully paid order if we have not yet purchased the stock for your order and that order has not yet been fulfilled. (Orders are fulfilled when out for delivery or pickup has been arranged) If the order has been fulfilled, then the matter will be handled on a case-by-case situation, depending on the reason for cancellation, you can then request a full or partial refund.
