What makes it great is it's size and all the pockets.

The durable bag can be secured around the waist by an adjustable strap that is fastened with a buckle. 

The main large compartment has a wipeable fabric and the pouch is big enough for treats, a phone and other essentials.

At the front there is a Velcro pocket (the front of this comes in different colours). There is also another mesh opening for a toy, keys or even more treats! 

There is also a key chain clasp that you can attach to keys.
