  • 100g of meat: Add 10.5g of fermented vegetables (~0.75 tablespoons or ~2.25 teaspoons)
  • 200g of meat: Add 21g (~1.5 tablespoons or ~4.5 teaspoons)
  • 300g of meat: Add 31.5g (~2.25 tablespoons or ~6.75 teaspoons)
  • 400g of meat: Add 42g (~3 tablespoons or ~9 teaspoons)
  • 500g of meat: Add 52.5g (~3.75 tablespoons or ~11.25 teaspoons)
  • 600g of meat: Add 63g (~4.5 tablespoons or ~13.5 teaspoons)
  • 700g of meat: Add 73.5g (~5.25 tablespoons or ~15.75 teaspoons)
  • 800g of meat: Add 84g (~6 tablespoons or ~18 teaspoons)
  • 900g of meat: Add 94.5g (~6.75 tablespoons or ~20.25 teaspoons)
  • 1kg (1000g) of meat: Add 105g (~7.5 tablespoons or ~22.5 teaspoons)

For every additional 2kg of meat (beyond 1kg), simply add the following amounts of fermented vegetables:

  • 2kg of meat: Add 210g (~15 tablespoons or ~45 teaspoons)

  • 6kg of meat: Add 630g (~45 tablespoons or ~135 teaspoons)

  • 10kg of meat: Add 1050g (~75 tablespoons or ~225 teaspoons)

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated and do not freeze. During the fermentation process, gases are released, causing the container to expand when frozen.
