1. Why do I need to drink the Detox first?

o Detox

▪ You first start with the Detox. This amazing Detox and taken at night, just before you go to sleep.

▪ 10ml with a glass of water or lemon just right after. The Detox is slightly bitter, so I suggest a shooter glass with lemon juice right after it. Repeat every night until the Detox is finished. Do not eat or drink anything except water after you have drunk the detox at night. (The Detox lasts 3 – 4 nights)

▪ The Detox prepares the body for weight loss. It cleans the body from all toxins that stop or slow the body’s ability to lose weight.

▪ The Detox also contains a fat burner, which explains why so many of our clients have lost up to 5kg while still on the detox (3 – 4 days).

▪ As mentioned above, the Detox is taken lastly at night, the reason being that most people are finished eating by 6 pm. If the Detox is taken 5 – 10 minutes before sleep, most of the food is already digested and the stomach is empty, giving the Detox ample opportunity to do its magic.

▪ I always recommend that my clients repeat the Detox every 2 – 3 months. This gives the body a boost and recleans it as well.

▪ Remember: It is very important that you drink lots of water when using the Detox, otherwise they might feel sick and suffer from headaches. This is just caused by the body adjusting to the change.

▪ Water: Creating a water cocktail to drink will help, especially for people not keen on drinking water. In a glass of water, add some mint leaves, cucumber slices and lemon slices or juice. This gives it an excellent refreshing taste and also helps with reducing body water buildup.

o Fat Burner

▪ As soon as the Detox is finished, the Fat Burner gets used. This highly concentrated product is taken as soon as you wake up.

▪ 10 Drops as soon as you wake up in the morning, washed down with a big glass of water or a cup of warm lemon juice water.

▪ This highly concentrated product must not be diluted with water because the water is way too much for a few drops that are needed – causing the drops to lose some of their effectiveness.

▪ The Fat Burner should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The drops will then not need to fight through other foods and drinks and enter the system quickly, causing the product to target problem areas as soon as possible. ▪ A waiting period of 20 minutes must be kept after the drops have been taken and before brushing teeth as the chemicals in the toothpaste can cancel the drops taken.

▪ Remember: Eat 20 minutes after you have taken the Fat Burner. Drink warm lemon water after you have taken the Fat Burner. Fat Burner must be taken on an empty stomach.

▪ The Suptite tablets are taken at least once a day, a second dose may be taken if needed.

▪ This tablet gets taken at 10 am 1 tablet with a big glass of water afterwards. The second dose if chosen, can be taken at 3 pm.

▪ This tablet is an appetite suppressant that contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals. It also contains 16 Amino acids, which aid in burning fat, accelerate the metabolism and also aid in digestion.
